OOAK Dauntless made in lighter weight non-stretch hemp fleece, organic cotton sherpa and trimmed in antique linen and wool Overshot likely from the 1830's or possibly 40's. The Overshot is a deep indigo blue and tan color, subtly overdyed by me and put through a heavy duty wash and dry cycle to throughly clean and shrink it. I do recommend hand washing and drying this piece unless you want the fabric to distress more over time.
This is one of the lightest weight fleece Dauntless jackets I've ever made.
Meet the Dauntless! This piece is absolute high Crossfox, loaded with details and made in thick and soft wool with sherpa trim. Inspired by the battered and muddy m-1965 army surplus field coat I lived in growing up, with the addition of my signature brimmed hood and other favorite details I am known for.
Includes four pockets with multiple compartments. Two breast pockets, which have a secure snap closure compartment in front and a drop in phone compartment to the back. Two large hip pockets, with side hand-warmer opening and a secure snap closure compartment.
This coat will protect you from wind and underbrush. It is loose enough to layer over my hoodies and the sentinel jacket. This is a must if you love an oversized fit! It is made of thick fabric and sewn with heavy duty thread, durable nylon cord, all brass hardware and sturdy heavyweight pockets with reinforcement stitches.
