Seconds have their tags cut so resellers can tell them apart from first-quality items — please disclose this when reselling. Resale pricing is up to buyers and sellers, but must follow group rules if sold on a designated secondary market page. Report misuse to the mods there, not to me — I don't moderate those spaces.
